Our upgrades policy is very simple: all minor upgrades are free. All major upgrades can be purchased at a substantial discount, usually up to 60%. This approach guarantees that we keep our development going, while you can optionally upgrade when you like. Lifetime Upgrades are free with Disk Drill Enterprise, and can be purchased for just US$19 with the PRO edition.

All upgrades to Disk Drill PRO and Enterprise are final. Please take a moment to learn how our recovery guarantee works. It's critically important to verify that your data can be recovered intact by previewing the files after scanning. We only warrant the recovery of files that were successfully previewed in Disk Drill Basic. If you did not or could not complete the preview, unfortunately, there's no way to guarantee the outcomes.
